During peak season, there is a possibility that we could be completely booked for up to five or ten business days in advance. In order to overcome this, we recommend not hesitating in contacting us for your lawn care needs.

Generally speaking, Prime Lawn & Gardens' gardening hours are from 7:00am until 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Once a booking is confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation text from our software, letting you know of the day that we will be coming to complete your lawn care. If asked, we can let you know in the days leading up to your scheduled visit, when we are expecting to arrive at your property.

Please let us know in advance if you need your lawn mowed at a specific time or on a specific day. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, it is important to note that we may not always be able to work around specific timeframes due to the nature of our busy schedule.
